If you purchased your tickets in person at an El Corte Inglés center, you must request the return of your tickets by going to an El Corte Inglés shenter with a ticket sales service presenting them.

If you bought your tickets at an El Corte Inglés Travel agency, you should go to the Travel Delegation.
