One day, Jordi Évole asked his friend Pau Donés what it was like to have a band and get up on stage to sing to the audience. And good old Pau replied, smiling, the same way someone answers when becoming a father for the first time: that it was something inexplicable, and that you had to experience it and feel it to understand it. So Jordi, curious by profession, decided one fine day that he wanted to understand it. He called Jesús, Jacob, Óscar, Javi, and Juan Carlos, and suggested they form a band. At this point, yes. From there, Los Niños Jesús emerged, whose repertoire revisits, in a festive tone, classics from yesterday, today, and always, from our festivals and, of course, from our local festivals. A Los Niños Jesús concert is like celebrating live versions of Estopa, Extremoduro, Duncan Dhu, Lori Meyers, Radio Futura, Kiko Veneno… And, of course, Jarabe de Palo, rounding out a repertoire that feels like watching the incarnation of the second coming of Cachitos de Hierro and Cromo. Without subtitles, of course, but with live applause.

The band led by Jordi Évole and friends, which has already performed at venues such as Bilbao BBK Live, Sonorama, Leturalma, Revenidas, Acústica, Extremusika, Inverfest, and other cities, continues its tour. Guests such as Amaral, Lori Meyers, Kiko Veneno, Albert Pla, La La Love You, Lichis, Elefantes, and others have performed at their concerts.
