Salvar Doñana
A new project by Curro Morales (former leader and lead vocalist of Califato 3/4 and leader of the rapcore band NARCO, among other projects) and Rosana Pappalardo (who was the flamenco voice of Califato 3/4), the Sevillian couple surprises with Salvar Doñana, a project in which the passion for the fastest synth-punk, the most rounded pop melodies and the flamenco code that both artists handle converge. A project that swings in a magical way through influences that go from Suicide and The Fall to SVPER or Lole y Manuel. After presenting some advances throughout the year, in the month of October their self-titled debut album will be published, produced by Curro Morales himself together with Jordi Gil.
Julia de Arco
Julia is a 06 girl from Seville who goes out on the Alameda on Fridays and makes music on Saturdays in which she tries to capture how much fun she has on Fridays.
In her work, references can be seen ranging from the most effervescent national scene with rusiaidk or rojuu, to disparate influences such as M.I.A., the free design, Tyler the creator or Caroline polacheck.
This cocktail of seemingly unrelated genres blends perfectly in Julia de arco's music, which explores and squeezes out everything she finds in the liminal space between pop and experimental.
In this no man's land, nothing is static, and Julia de Arco is an eclectic artist willing to continue flowing and changing along with her music.
