THIS IS HOW JAREZ SINGS AT CHRISTMAS... this project was born as a result of the union of a group of young flamencos from Jerez de la Frontera at Christmas. These young people have lived the tradition of the Zambomba festival in their family since they were little, a festival that keeps alive a traditional-musical repertoire and with cultural, social and ideological elements typical of the land of Cadiz. With more than 20 young people who today work on this project led by Luis de Perikín, and who each Christmas promote and disseminate the cultural and musical aesthetics of Christmas in Andalusia, and in particular, that of Jerez de la Frontera whose objective is to bring the traditional popular celebration that originated in the province of Cádiz closer to the young public.
