Classical music concerts by candlelight

Description

Ars Magna is responsible for these very special classical music concerts.

A cycle in which to enjoy virtuous musicians in spaces full of history and with an atmosphere of intimacy and relaxation that occurs in few events.

For this edition of "Concerts by candlelight" the chosen venues are the Ateneo Theater and the Royal College of the Pious Schools.

Here is the program:

March 26, Ateneo Theater: Nocturnos de Chopin with pianist Carlos Apellániz.

April 9, Ateneo Theater: Hollywood Boulevard played by violinists Naxo Lara and Xavi Morató, violist Lourdes Rosales and Cristina Suey on cello.

April 23 and 24;

July 10 at the Royal College of the Pious Schools and the Church of San Bartolomé: The Mission at the hands of the Ad Libitum Chamber Choir, the violinist Fernando Pascual and Francesc Gamón on piano and conducting.

May 15, Royal College of the Pious Schools: Lascia la Spina with soprano Isabel Monar and Concha Sánchez-Ocaña at the piano.

July 23, Ateneo Theater: Beethoven 2.5.1 with the musicians Jacobo Christensen on violin, Adrian Van Dongen on cello and Carlos Apelléniz on piano.

July 30, Ateneo Theater: Blue played by Luis Fernández Castelló on clarinet and Francesc Llop on piano.

August 6, Ateneo Theater: Tempest and romanticism with Carlos Apelléniz at the piano.

August 14, Church-fortress of San Bartolomé: The Tears of San Lorenzo, featuring the soprano Aurora Peña, the violinist Fernando Pascual and the pianist Francesc Gamón. All concerts are face-to-face, but if you want to enjoy them from home you can also follow the streaming of the concerts with tickets at € 5.

We remind you that throughout this cycle of music, sanitary measures will be rigorously maintained with temperature taking, the limitation of the capacity to 50% and the three emes (maintain a safety distance, wash hands and use of masks).

The Ateneo Theater also has an air purification system.
