It is a Spanish indie pop-rock group, originally from the Valencian town of La Eliana.
Cora Yako is an Indie Pop band based in Madrid, made up of Luis de Oleza (guitar and voice), Carlos Sennacheribbo (guitar and keyboards), Dani Treviño (bass) and Pablo Gutiérrez (drums).
Out of curiosity about the guitars of two friends from Palma de Mallorca, Luis and Carlos, the band germinated, which ended up forming once they landed in Madrid with studies as an excuse.
Heirs to both the post-punk revival of the 2000s and the new wave of DIY artists, this Mallorcan-Madrid band is the ideal union of both worlds.
The result, a powerful amalgam of guitars and synthesizers with the perfect dose of pop, capable of stealing your heart. 90s indie, pop melodies and punk rhythms with a compact and direct sound.
