The tree in the city

Information

Date: 10 April 2024, 09:00 Wednesday
Place: Botanical Garden of the University of Valencia

Description

Do we know the services that the tree provides us? Do we adequately interpret their demands? What decisions do we make - or not - around this in the city? Are they relevant and sufficient? What agents participate and should participate in these attentions and decisions? How do we convey their needs to the different social actors and citizens in general so that they are part of these changes and make them possible?
Joan Plaça Auditorium. Botanical Garden of the University of Valencia.

This first technical day focuses on how we communicate to citizens the problems of urban trees and their good management; from different perspectives, it aims to be an inspiring dialogue that makes known what the tree needs, involving and listening to all social agents.
