At what point in democracy are we? It is the axis of the artist's new project entitled 'Cardiogram', in which she reflects on the current situation of democracy and its connection with fallas and pyrotechnics.

The artist tries to revive democracy with pyrotechnic shots in an exhibition reminiscent of kinetic art and the pictorial avant-gardes.

The starting point of the show is the artist's visit to the Museu del Gremi Artesà de Fallers de València and the encounter with a pardoned child, the work of José Azpeitia, with the name of “Democracia”, a young woman, lying down, with the closed eyes which is an allegory of democracy that is asleep or dead.

The work, which will be exhibited until September 19 at gallery 6, is a specific project for the IVAM, with the graphic installation of a historical frieze that shows 'disparaes', 'mascletaes', 'cordaes' and 'santantonaes' from the 1930s to the late 1970s.
