Starting next January 22 we begin a new adventure. You can now enjoy a family visit in San Nicolás. The family visit to San Nicolás is a guided tour adapted to children that takes place on Saturdays at 11 am. It is designed to be done as a family, regardless of kinship. The aim of this visit is to create an interesting interaction between the members of the family and, in addition, the children will be able to take a notebook of activities of Saint Nicholas, which they will be able to carry out once the visit is over. Tradition tells that Saint Nicholas, while still a young priest, learned of the unexpected misery of a father and his three daughters and decided to remedy his misfortune. And so it was that in the silence of the night, without anyone seeing him, he went around the house, saw an open window and threw a bag of gold through it, repeating it for three nights, one for each daughter. Nowadays, one night a year, Santa Klaus (Saint Nicholas) also leaves gifts for children without being seen, making them fall down the chimney. The paintings in the vaults of the church depict this episode in the life of Saint Nicholas, known as the "Miracle of the Three Maidens", which has given rise to the mythical figure of Santa Claus. *In addition, the children will receive a notebook of activities of Saint Nicholas.
