Mafalda Exhibition: Humor and the Environment

Come see the graphic humor exhibition to raise environmental awareness at the Clock Building.
Valenciaport is dedicating the month of June to the environment with the "Consciència en verd" exhibition, and the absolute star will be Mafalda.

Yes, yes, Quino's creation—over 60 years old—will be the visible face of this exhibition, as it is a pioneer in the fight against the environment.

It's open from June 2 to 29, 2025, at the Clock Building in Valencia's Marina Norte, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and it's completely free.

The aim of the exhibition is to reflect on the protection of the planet.

Other international cartoonists will also be participating, combining humor, irony, and information.

And, for even more fun... there are tons of workshops planned!

Workshops in parallel with the "Consciència en verd" exhibition
The workshops will also be held in the Clock Building—next to the exhibition hall—on June 15, 17, 22, 25, and 29, 2025, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Each session will challenge participants—ages 5 and older—to create a collage and a mask based on two of Quino's illustrations, using leaves, branches, and any natural or recycled objects they can find.

This way, in addition to having a truly creative and fun time, they will learn firsthand why reducing carbon emissions is key to caring for the planet.
