In collaboration with In-Edit, the Barcelona International Music Documentary Festival, we present a selection of some of the best music documentaries from various editions. After twenty years of focusing solely on music documentaries, this festival has established itself as an international benchmark for the genre, with venues in different countries and demonstrating the inexhaustible power of music to tell stories that help us understand ourselves as individuals and as a society, in the past and present, and in a musical key: from electronic music to classic rock, including reggae, punk, flamenco, jazz, classical music, and the most radically experimental offerings.

This series is complemented by presentations and a warm-up in the form of a DJ set or short concert.

Sessions presented by Eduardo Guillot, a cultural journalist. Over the course of thirty years, he has collaborated with magazines such as Rockdelux, Efe Eme, and the newspaper Levante. His publications include Rock in the Movies (La Máscara, 1999) and Electric Dreams: 50 Essential Films of Rock Culture (UOC, 2016). He also edited the collective volume ¡Rock Acción! Essays on Film and Popular Music (AvantPress, 2008). He has also worked on programming at various film festivals. He was Artistic Director of the Mostra de València from 2018 to 2024.
