Introducing the artists of the evening:
TRIBUTE
Multicultural band formed in Valencia by 3 musicians united by restlessness. They started in 2009 as an experimental project and little by little they developed a characteristic sound “Organic vs. Digital”, a mix of dub, live electronica and drum&bass.
LET'S GO KODAMA'S
Fnkbstrd and Maryellow (Sicilian blood brothers) born in 2012 in Madrid. Develop artistically separately, although the two sink their roots in hip hop, black music and free party. Their musical range is very wide, and in the dnb sphere they can embrace all styles.
Since 2012 they are promoters and DJs of the namesake session, in the Republik club room in Madrid, and in Valencia in several events in clubs and in the streets of the city.
DJ OKAY
He has grown and matured with the evolution of the African sound. He has worked as a DJ for 30 years in Montreal (Canada) introducing African music where it had not yet reached, to crowded venues.
Since 2008 he lives in Valencia, where he has been able to collaborate as a DJ in different rooms, playing African and world music, as well as in festivals such as Etnosur.
DJ NICE DM
Producer and remixer from Ghana. In the 4 years he has lived in Valencia and has worked as a DJ in many halls and discos.
