After its premiere at the Teatre Talia and its subsequent performances in different theaters in the Valencian Community with a "sold out" sign, Universo Piazzolla returns by public request, the tango musical show tribute to the great Argentine musician Astor Piazzolla, which He ventured into Tango in a considered revolution of the genre, and which the composer himself defined as "music of Buenos Aires."

Critics have said about the show:

"Cuacci is essential... he knew how to transform the Piazzolla Universe without perversions that could distort the essence and quality of the Mar del Plata master..." (José Doménech Part, El Levante)
"The Talia vibrated with the universe of Astor Piazzolla... a show with all its ingredients from the hand of talented Argentine artists..." (CV News)
"Analia Bueti put on her deep, timbred voice... and she gained space and stage presence until she reached total plenitude and emotion with Maria de Buenos Aires (José Doménech Part, El Levante)
"Last night's show reached a great level of emotion and was musically excellent..." (Miguel A. Pastor, A Buenas Horas)
"From the first minute the tango music enchanted all attendees..." (La Tribuna Digital)
Astor Piazzolla, born in 1911 in the City of Mar del Plata, grew up in New York and burst into his music like a crazy guy, bien piantao, as they say in lunfardo; a magician who brought out of his bandoneon everything he had locked up: it was tango with Bach and a plus of jazz. Furthermore, a large part of Astor Piazzolla's work are his songs linked to immense poets such as Horacio Ferrer, or Borges himself, which will also take place in this show.

Universo Piazzolla integrates some of his most notable instrumental works, such as "Oblivion", "Libertango" or "Adios Nonino", and his sung repertoire such as "La ballada para un loco", "Milonga del Trovador" or "Los Pájaros Lost." The outstanding arrangements of the talented director Juan Esteban Cuacci will weave a common thread that will run through different periods of Piazzolla's work in a subtle and elegant interaction between the talent of the musicians, the singer and the magic delivered by the wonderful dancers, under a stage where lighting will play an accomplice role.

The musical quality and trajectory of the entire cast of the show stands out. Among all the artists, they assume the responsibility of performing a global and comprehensive repertoire, preserving the entire spirit of Astor Piazzolla's music, and at the same time with unpublished arrangements that provide a new sound. to that repertoire, faithful to the Piazzolla style, which has always proposed a new look at tango and at his own work.

A show for all audiences that, like the previous ones, will not disappoint and will leave the audience with sensations on the surface, as only this musical genre of tango knows how to provoke.
