Objective to love you, is a journey into your own universe, a journey that will allow you to see, understand and strengthen yourself so that, with a strong and healthy self-esteem, you can begin to love yourself well and truly. You will analyze how the beginning of your story was and the relationships that have shaped you the most, to understand the type of relationship you maintain with yourself and decide how you want the relationships you maintain with others to be. Because only when we are able to "see", we have the opportunity to forgive and be grateful for everything we have lived and learned, and it is also then that we can decide what we let go of and where we go from there. Objective Amarte is a vital and transformative experience, a journey of self-knowledge and awareness, a group therapy in which hundreds of people show themselves as they are, get excited, support each other and applaud each other...
