Tango in Woman's Time: A Renewed Celebration of Feminine Art and Charisma in Tango
Tango returns to the Teatre Talia in Valencia with a spectacular show celebrating the presence of women in all the arts that this genre from the Buenos Aires suburbs boasts.

The historic Teatre Talia welcomes back, completely revamped, the musical show TANGO IN WOMAN'S TIME, as part of the Les Dones I el Tango Cycle, which celebrates its tenth anniversary under the direction of Analía Bueti, producer and singer of the show.

TANGO IN WOMAN'S TIME features a renewed staging and highlights the strength, sensitivity, and creativity of women in this genre through poetry, music, song, and dance, showcasing the feminine presence inherent in Tango since its inception.

With a carefully curated repertoire and outstanding stage and lighting design, the show will feature songs by renowned female composers, including Eladia Blázquez, as well as works by other great composers who dedicated part of their oeuvre to artists who transcended the music of the Río de la Plata region to capture the hearts of the world, such as Malena and Alfonsina Storni. The performance will also include original compositions by the acclaimed pianist Juan Esteban Cuacci (Universo Piazzolla), and the poetry of female writers whose texts will be key to the development of each musical scene.

Analía Bueti and Juan Esteban Cuacci return to perform, accompanied by a top-tier cast of artists: cellist Estrella Guerrero and renowned dancers Mariano Otero, Rebeca Nuñez, Melina Greco, and Bárbara Palmer.
