Its artistic origins go back to the musical fusion of styles that was brewing in the streets of Barcelona at the beginning of the 2000s. An artistic scene that was bustling and that gave birth to such interesting artists as Ojos De Brujo, a group where he also collaborated in its beginnings. , Manu Chao, Amparanoia, Dusminguets etc… From those origins in which he was part of that independent scene to the present, Macaco has been awarded a multitude of awards that confirm his status, achieved after 15 years of musical career and with a perfect balance between popularity and credibility.
