New jam between friends organized by Albert Oliva, at Tancó des Cubells

Follow the cycle 'Nits al tancó des Cubells', which once again includes as a guest the popular guitarist and singer Albert Oliva, who has organized a jam session in which he includes a base band of friends who are among the three artists.

Albert Oliva (Lleida, 1977) is one of the incombustible musicians of Ibiza. He performs solo, with acoustic or electric guitar, with music ranging from jazz to blues, rock and folk, and has formed a multitude of bands. Among them 12 Bars All Blues, Razzmatazz, Easy Feeling, Eivissurfers…

He has also participated in the album Foc, edited by the Institute of Eivissencs Studies and recorded at Can Savina Studios, with the song 'El foc de Sant Joan', and will be one of the promoters of the Jam al Sol Post festival, which is currently held at the Plaça des Cubells, the diumenges al capvespre. Furthermore, he is a composer, professor at the Escola de Música des Cubells and a true specialist in acoustic concerts.

The cycle 'Nits al tancó des Cubells' is celebrated on weekends, at 9 p.m., between August 2 and 30, and organized by the Sant Josep City Council and the Association of Vesins des Cubells. The stage is located in the tank annex to the Joan XXIII Hall and the public is at the disposal of the kiosk of the evening collection, where food and beverages are served.
