Place: Ibiza Outdoors

Description

Donation-based: €15 / €20 / €25 for the walk + €10 if you’d like to make your own bottle of Hierbas
A unique 2-hour countryside walk followed by a hands-on Hierbas-making workshop – forage local herbs, enjoy Ibiza’s wild beauty, and take home your own bottle of island magic.

Join our guide Grant for a gentle countryside walk near San Joan, following ancient paths and quiet lanes ideal for foraging the fragrant herbs used to create Ibiza’s famous digestif. Along the way, you’ll gather rosemary, fennel, thyme, and more while learning about their traditional uses.

After the walk, we head to our founder Toby’s place, where you’ll prepare your personal bottle of Hierbas using your foraged herbs. This experience connects you with island tradition and leaves you with something truly handmade. The Hierbas takes three months to mature before it’s ready to drink, so patience is part of the magic!
