Founded in 1930 in central France, the Troisgros family restaurant has held three Michelin stars for 55 years, spanning four generations. Michel Troisgros, the third generation to run the restaurant, has passed the reins of the kitchen to his son César, the fourth generation of Troisgros chefs. From visiting the market to pick up fresh vegetables, to a cheese processing plant, a vineyard, an organic cattle ranch and the garden that supplies the restaurant, we see the processes followed by one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in the world.
