Club Atlético Osasuna is a football club from the city of Pamplona. Founded on October 25, 1920, it resulted from the merger of two teams: Unión Sportiva and New Club. Since then, they have played for 38 seasons in the First Division, 36 in the Second and another 13 in the Third, becoming the 16th best team in Spain, despite having one with the smallest budgets.

As it is not a sports limited company, the ownership of the club rests directly with its members. Club Atlético Osasuna has been runner-up in the Copa del Rey, has played four UEFA Cups and a previous Champions League. In the 2019 season, the club achieved promotion to the First Division, after winning the second division playoffs.
