Description
At last it will be possible to celebrate the concert that was postponed last April, it corresponds to the #BadPeregrino tour of the Andalusian group William Prime. Presents his self-titled album, fusing the roots of southern rock, folk-country and blues with a touch of psychedelia. William Prime is a music group made up of three Sevillians, one from Malaga and one from Huelva who seek to merge into the roots of southern rock, folk-country and blues with poetic resonances in their lyrics. Most of its members come from the southern rock band Kansas City. Alberto Rodríguez (piano), Juan Manuel Castillo (drums), Francisco Gil and José Pablo Jiménez (guitars) and Álvaro Córdoba (bass) join Jesús Albarrán, folk singer-songwriter from Huelva who lives in Seville to investigate the twists and turns of the alleys, travel dust and wet wood. William Prime began his career in 2017 with the publication in June of a self-titled EP with four songs, after which one of the guitarists, José Pablo Jiménez, left the band. These songs are joined at the beginning of 2019 by the single titled Like a Deer, recorded on Pancake Analog Recording together with Fernando Zambruno. But the band continues to evolve and is concentrating on the recording of an ambitious long album that it will finally present in September 2020, made up of nine songs recorded by Javi Mora at Happy Place Recording Studio and mastered by Jordi Gil at Sputnik Recording.
