We utilize your WFH space to guide you through accessible but effective stretches which will help reduce stress and boost productivity for the rest of your day! No yoga mat, change of clothes, or experience required.

Renee is a yoga teacher and business owner based in New York City. She discovered her own practice over a decade ago, and has been teaching since 2012.

Always a student first, Renee has pursued additional certifications in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Functional Anatomy & Kinesiology, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Private Yoga. She serves as a guest lecturer in 200-hour certification programs, regularly hosts workshops for teachers and students who wish to deepen their practice, and is the creator of Yoga Connection’s Corporate Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Renee founded Yoga Connection LLC in 2018 when she saw a need to make yoga accessible to students outside of a classical studio environment. She cultivated a team of teachers who specialize in delivering group classes to corporate offices and customized private sessions to clients throughout the city."
