Do not miss the concert of the musical duo Camela at the Concerts of Jardines de Viveros in Valencia on July 23, 2021.

The duo formed by Dioni (vocalist-composer) and Ángeles (vocalist-composer) celebrates 25 years of musical career on the Spanish stages with an album in which they open up to other music without losing any of their style and personality.

The new work consists of collaborations with artists of the stature of David Bisbal, Alaska, Medina Azahara, Rubén Martín, Juan Magán and Javier Mena.

A compendium of themes in which, song by song, a series of sound discoveries and arrangements are discovered that open the registers and make Camela grow, facilitating the approach to new audiences.

This formation is an anomaly in Spanish music, because without the acceptance of the critics or the support of the media, they became one of the most selling groups of recent times, creating a great musical and sociological phenomenon in its wake.

With no headhunters or record labels offering them a wonderful deal, counting only on their savings, they went to a recording center.

They were 200,000 pesetas very well used. They were encouraged, they also paid for a cassette outlet and a local distributor offered to try to sell them.

Thus began the snowball: Camela was born.

It was 1992 and they released the cassette "Along with me" followed months later by "I like your eyes" (1993).
