Description
After passing through London, Jerusalem and Singapore, on June 4 «Ron Arad 720°» lands in the Marina de València hand in hand with the Hortensia Herrero Foundation. This monumental construction — also called Curtain Call — is Israeli artist Ron Arad's proposal to unite art and technology in a unique way. “Ron Arad 720°” is an eight-meter curtain made up of 5,600 silicone rods that are suspended from a ring 18 meters in diameter.
On its surface, a careful selection of images is constantly launched that can be seen both from inside and outside the structure. Awesome.
Through these projections created by great artists such as Javier Mariscal & David Shrigley, SDNA, Mat Collishaw or Greenaway & Greenaway, the public blends in with “Ron Arad 720°”, becoming both a creator and a spectator of the artistic work.
This immersive exhibition is part of the official program of World Design Capital Valencia 2022, and access is free.
You have until August 28 to enjoy the projections that are broadcast every day between 9:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Don't miss out on this magical multi-sensory experience!
