Outdoor group training and swimming in the sea!
Join COOL MOVE + VALENFIT for a workout on the beach followed by a refreshing community swim in the sea. This event is perfect for those looking for a healthy dose of nature. Join us as we challenge the waters of the Mediterranean during the winter months. It is not mandatory to do both activities. You can join the training alone or come directly to the bathroom - you choose how to enjoy this experience.

IMPORTANT: it is mandatory to register for the event because places are limited!

Meeting place: Module 14, Paseo Marítimo, 14, Poblados Marítimos
Requirements: Bring comfortable training clothes, bathing suit, a towel, warm dry clothes and water
Cost: Free!

What can you expect?
11:00 am Training and warming up on the beach with the VALENFIT team (for all levels)
12:00 pm Morning swim in the sea with the COOL MOVE community
Post-bath coffee: For those who want it, we meet for a coffee in Module 14 where we will have a 10% discount, and share the experience.
Professional photography: The whole event will be documented by the talented photographer Meg Rouje.
GIVE AWAY! We will do a special raffle for a free week of training with Valenfit and 2 sessions of Sauna & Cold plunge in COOL MOVE + Tote bag among all attendees.

IMPORTANT: Weather conditions and water temperature are essential for a revitalizing experience! We will only dive if the conditions are safe. If the weather is not favorable or the temperature is not ideal, do not worry: we will postpone the bath for a more suitable day and we will keep you informed.
