Description
"Integral Buñuel" is the name of this cycle that will accompany us throughout 2021.
The Filmoteca has programmed over these 12 months nothing more and nothing less than the 32 titles of the filmography of one of the best film directors of all time.
Some of the films have recently been restored as "The Forgotten".
Other famous feature films that can be seen are "An Andalusian Dog", "The Golden Age", "Viridiana" or "That Dark Object of Desire".
He could not miss in this review "The discreet charm of the bourgeoisie", which won him the Oscar for the best foreign language film.
There is also room for the documentary "Las Hurdes" and the medium-length film "Spain loyal in arms" produced by the republic during the Civil War.
The cycle is organized in collaboration with Donostia Kultura, Basque Film Library, Tabakalera, Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola and the San Sebastián Festival.
