Mediterranean Gastronomy Fair

Description

Mediterránea Gastrónoma, Valencia’s major culinary fair, will be held in person this year, 7–9 November. The calendar of activities on offer at the Feria Valencia venue is filled with new options.

This year, the top names in hospitality and restaurant supplies and equipment will be on hand in the sales and exhibition areas. Visitors will also be able to enjoy the Cocina Central – L’Espai Exquisit space, featuring talks and live culinary demonstrations. Today's leading chefs will be found in this area.

#pandeverdad and Be Sweet are two more areas of Mediterránea Gastrónoma that are sure to delight. They will offer live dessert and bakery goods demonstrations. Cooking will be the section devoted to classes, workshops, live cooking events and competitions.

Valencia’s culinary products will have their own space in the ‘La Cuina amb molt de gust’ and Aula Arroz de València areas.
