How is there not going to be a paella workshop in Valencia? But not just any, but one as the canons dictate: with the original ingredients, outdoors and in good company.
For this, the paellero master will be Miguel Minguet, who in addition to being an experienced paella cook, knows everything about our most international dish and our customs, who is also a tour guide and sommelier.
The idea is to prepare a paella together in a typical Valencian farmhouse, with the best local products, orange wood and rice from the area. Here you don't make rice with things, but a real paella with extra virgin olive oil, green beans, artichoke, tomato, carob, chicken meat, rabbit meat, sweet paprika, saffron, salt, water, rosemary and rice.
