Tasting in English of Valencian wines, accompanied by signature tapas and offered by Miguel Angel Hernández, international sommelier. Blanc Triología, from Bodega Los Frailes, Finca Calavestra white from Mustiguillo, Mala Vida red Ed. Limitada from Arráez and, to finish, Bobal red, from Vicente Gandía. Next, you will enjoy a flamenco music and dance show, offered by a quintet of musicians: guitar, dancer, singer, bass and cajon while you taste Cava Dominio de la Vega Expression and some delicious tapas: roasted carabinero skewer with plankton essence, tuna, avocado and black sesame tartar, León jerky cannelloni and blue cheese cream, and foie micuit bite with quince all i oli.
