Performance "Addicts"

Description

We are all addicts... Addictos arises from the need to address a problem that affects us all: to what extent are we subject to technology? Are we really free? What kind of society have we built? What panorama does the nearest future pose for us? Do we really deserve the qualification of "human beings"? These questions, which are rarely raised on stage today, must be confronted with the contemporary public. The reality of ADICTOS is that of the progressive expansion of misinformation. A fiction whose characters express concerns that affect us all, questioning paradigms that, until now, we have assumed as valid and true, but which may hide lies that are distorting our lives. The transformation of Estela's character comes to be a metaphor for the disposition of human beings to change their attitude. Through this text, the authors vindicate the human being's ability to react. The point of rebellion that is always necessary for things to evolve towards a better goal, towards the horizon where we can all enjoy a technologically healthy and socially free life.
