Tupinamba sound, the queen of the Poly-Rythmo Club of Barcelona, returns to the booth of Malanga Café!
Tupinamba Sound: musical curator and disc jockey born in the Andes mountain range and based between Madrid and Barcelona. A tireless researcher of African and Latin American rhythms, she founded the Poly-Rythmo Club dance club in 2017, where Nu Genea, Frankie Francis (Sofrito) and Charles Maurice (Favorite Recordings) have passed, among others. He has performed at major festivals: Glastonbury, WOMAD, Primavera Sound, Soundit... He has also rocked dance floors at musical temples such as Pikes (Ibiza), Nitsa (Barcelona), Bar Caracol and Trackers (San Pablo), Noche Negra and Terminal Club ( CDMX) and previously that of Malanga Café. Tupinamba mixes tropical heat with the most danceable sounds of disco, funk and house of yesterday and today.
