Description

A special Valentine’s edition of our much-loved Hierbas experience: a gentle countryside walk followed by a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own bottle of Ibiza’s iconic digestif. Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who loves nature, tradition, and a little island magic.

Join us for a relaxed walk near San Joan, following ancient paths and quiet country lanes ideal for foraging the fragrant herbs used in Hierbas. Along the way, you’ll gather rosemary, fennel, thyme, and other wild plants while learning about their traditional uses and the stories woven into this island ritual.

After the walk, we head to our founder Toby’s place to prepare Hierbas together. Using the herbs you’ve foraged, you’ll create your own bottle to take home. This Valentine’s edition includes a small selection of seasonal details to personalise your bottle. The Hierbas needs around three months to mature, so patience (and anticipation) is all part of the romance.

All our guides are trained and have the ability to lead groups, they all carry a first aid kit and use walkie talkies to keep in contact with a back marker to make sure the group stays together and are safe. We also have strict departure and return procedure to ensure everyone is accounted for.
We have liability insurance, but do not have medical insurance – this is your responsibility. The trip and your safety is your responsibility and you must ensure you are covered for this prior to coming on the walk.
