Spain Tour 2026

Silvio Rodríguez announces his return to Spanish stages, with a stop at the Movistar Arena in Madrid in October 2026. This is no ordinary tour. Silvio Rodríguez’s return to Spain holds a significance that transcends the strictly musical realm. His songs are part of the sentimental and cultural memory of several generations, but they also represent a way of understanding song as a space for thought, emotion, beauty, and consciousness. In an age accustomed to speed, his return proposes the exact opposite: pausing once again to engage with a body of work that has accompanied people throughout their lives and continues to find new listeners without losing its depth or relevance. The creator of songs such as *Ojalá*, *Unicornio*, *La maza*, *Óleo de mujer con sombrero*, *Playa Girón*, and *Te doy una canción*, Silvio Rodríguez holds a unique place in Spanish-language music. His repertoire has spanned decades without being tethered to a single era, as it harmoniously blends poetry, observation of the world, intimacy, social critique, and tenderness—all through a style of writing that has turned the song into a realm entirely his own.
