Ecological housing: the future model of real estate development

Description

Distrito Natural was born to be the first real estate developer in Spain. It was founded in 2020 as part of sAtt Arquitectura Abierta, an architecture studio with 20 years of experience in sustainability in design and construction. Distrito Natural is not a used housing developer.

Its model, which they have called ecological cohabitation, is based on a collaborative culture and sustainability and seeks a triple positive impact - ecological, economic and social - known as the Triple Balance.

Currently, the Natural District has 6 developments underway (four urban and two rural) and 132 homes. In this face-to-face meeting, Iñaki Alonso, founder of Distrito Natural, will present the project to investors and resolve the doubts of the attendees.
