Mexican gastronomy workshop

Description

In the gastronomic workshops of "Entre Sabores", we present "Raíces con sabor a México" where we want you to learn how to prepare typical Mexican recipes accompanied by seasonal fruits and vegetables. This year the theme consists of 4 blocks: winter, spring, summer and autumn. In each of these blocks we will prepare typical recipes with seasonal Mexican fruits and vegetables available in Spain. The workshops are given at Fundación Casa de México in Spain; where a chef will be waiting for you to help you with the entire process of preparing your dish so that you can enjoy it to the fullest.

Information of interest:

Price: €35 per person.

- The price is per workshop and includes the material and the raw material to develop the recipe.

- Number of participants: up to eight people.

- Place: gastronomic classroom (floor -1) of Fundación Casa de México in Spain. Entrance through the main gate of the enclosure.

Thursday: 12:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

*To book it is necessary to do so one week in advance of the workshop date. A minimum of 5 registered people is essential, if we do not reach that number of registrations, we will contact you to change the date or proceed with the return.
