Description
Mario's daughter, Lara, decides to marry Eduardo, a successful young novelist. But Lara has spun her fiancé a far-fetched story about her parents' lives, concealing the fact that they are separated and her father is unemployed, all in an effort to gain the approval of Eduardo's parents, wealthy, deeply religious, and conservative Paraguayan landowners. From this point on, the plot thickens as they try to straighten out this "tale," which unfolds into a story brimming with hilarious, unexpected, and grotesque situations, making DAD, I'M GETTING MARRIED a comedy that will leave no one indifferent.
