About this event
This is a SPECIAL HiiT fusion session including a mix of the favorite BodyWorxHub classes including functional body weight & kettle bell exercises as well as Bootylicious & Zumba. The best of what we have to offer!

After the HiiT fusion session, Chris Rynning will lead us through a 30-minute Wim Hof inspired performance breathing session, including Horse Stance (a Haka like session) followed by a (voluntarily) dip in the ocean. Chris is a yoga teacher and qualified breathwork specialist working with athletes and entrepreneurs in controlling the emotions and enhancing performance. When the breath is unsteady, all is unsteady; when the breath is still; all is still. Chris believes the “breath” is the link between mind and body.

What to bring:

- Sports clothes

- Towel

- Swim suit

- warm clothes for the breathwork session.

- Set of clothes to change after the Dip in the water!
