In these five days you will have time for yourself - your practice - your body - your mental and phyiscal health - beeing a woman. There wil be enough time to relax and enjoy the sun in a beautiful villa with the view over the sea.
A daily yoga practice and meditation in the morning will take you into a wonderful routine. A movement & fitness class will activate you body in the afternoon and in the evening will be time to reflect on the day in a meditation & journaling class. To nourish the body in a healthy and light way a vegan breakfast and dinner will be provided by the amazing Rahel from "Don't waste your taste"

The Venue
The Retreat will take place in a beautiful villa in the north of Ibiza, Spain. We are staying in a calm village in walking distance to the sea and a wonderful beach. The city is nearby as well as the airport. The Villa has a great garden and a wonderful pool to take time to realx. There are double rooms with king size beds and twin beds available as well as a dormatory with five beds (no bunk-beds), a big living room (also our indoor Yoga hall) and kitchen.
