Alavedra is a band that redefines pop with an ironic and uninhibited approach, challenging the genre's conventions. Formed by Xiri, Dani, Ret and Genís, the band, formerly Sonido Carmel, has gone from emerging to a solid proposal after five years of career. With influences that range from indifference to exaggerated sentimentality and rejection of overexertion, they have played at festivals such as Primavera Sound and Canela Party. Now they are setting new challenges, maintaining their irreverent attitude towards music and success, and presenting their new album.
