Description

Malmö 040 is a band from Barcelona made up of Carlos Framis, Víctor Rossy, Nacho Peguero, Gonzalo Saumell and Joan Isern, who got together a few years ago to play and compose their own songs. After two years of concerts around the city, showing their passion for music and making themselves noticed on the scene, in December 2017 Malmö 040 began preparing their first EP, which was released in September 2018, entitled “040”.
In 2019, Malmö 040 brought their debut EP to Barcelona venues such as Bikini or Luz de Gas, even reaching Malaga, where they also had the pleasure of performing. In this way, they took another step in their career, improving their performances and experiencing first-hand the public's reactions to their music.
In a time when things have been more difficult than ever, Malmö 040 has known how to stand out and gain a foothold in the Spanish music scene.
In April 2021 they released their second EP entitled "Último Asalto", their most complete and elaborate work to date, receiving a great reception from their audience and critics. In each of their six cuts, the boys from Malmö show us the professionalism of their sound, both in quality and content, and how they have all the ballots to become one of the bands that will sound the most on the Spanish music scene in the coming years. 2021 closed in the best way with the launch of the successful “Matar la Pena” together with Besmaya.
Now the band opens a new path that will lead to the release of their first album "Los Cobardes Viven Siempre" at the beginning of 2023 together with several the opportunity to enjoy their new live performance on their national tour "Tour El Mundo En Nuestro Sitio", that will pass through Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or Pamplona, among many other locations; including various festivals of the peninsula.
