Whether you are building excellence from within or bringing it in from the outside, technology is your greatest competitive advantage.
SPEAKERS
Take a look at some of the speakers who will be joining the Sports Tomorrow Congress.
Build from within, or bring in the best?
This age-old tension—between developing internal talent and acquiring proven players or assets—shapes much of the decision-making at the highest levels of competition. Clubs, federations, and high-performance institutions must constantly choose between investing in their own growth and culture, or driving success through external acquisitions.
How technology powers smarter talent and asset strategies
"Tech Your Edge" is the unifying concept for Sports Tomorrow 2026, reframing this classic dilemma through the transformative power of technology. It recognizes that in today’s hyper-competitive, data-rich sports world, the true differentiator isn't just whether you "build" or "buy"—it’s how you use technology to supercharge either strategy.
Technology helps you build smarter: through precise training, improved long-term performance, and the development of strong internal cultures. It also helps you buy smarter: by identifying top talent, minimizing risk, and making more strategic investments.
At Sports Tomorrow 2026, this concept will guide all creativity, content, and discussion. It is a celebration of bold thinking and smarter strategy, made possible through innovation.
