Performance: "Rita"

Description

Show in Catalan Montse and Júlia are sisters. Montse is to take the shortcut and Júlia is unable to make decisions.

When Montse's veterinarian advises her to euthanize her dog Rita, her personal security fades. Júlia, on the other hand, is very clear about the decision she has to make.

But when Montse makes the same point about her mother, the tension explodes. Rita is a work about the family and about the inability to accept death.

A tragicomedy that talks about the difficulty of "letting go" of the people we love, it tells us what it is to live with dignity and explores the legitimacy we have when deciding on the death of others.
