Women's personal defense workshops:
They are intensive courses of an educational, training and preventive nature.
The self-defense workshop has a threefold purpose, to learn to detect possible attacks, in real situations that women may face in their day-to-day life, whether it is gender violence, sexual assault or public insecurity and solve effectively by rehearsing techniques and strategies, to counter threats. Thirdly, to legitimize the right to defend oneself by enhancing empowerment, security and generating the resources to face it.
In the workshop we will address defense and counterattack techniques at long, medium and short distance.

Thirdly, to legitimize the right to defend oneself by enhancing empowerment, security and generating the resources to face it.
In the workshop we will cover long, medium and short distance defense and counter attack techniques.
