As events unfold due to COVID-19, we regret to announce that Rels B's Happy Birthday Flakko tour in Spain has been postponed to 2021.

The concert scheduled in Madrid, at the Vistalegre Palace, on December 26, is postponed to April 10, 2021 at 9:00 p.m.

The tickets purchased are fully valid for this new date without the need to carry out any new procedures.

If you cannot attend the new scheduled dates, for technical reasons of the application system you can request a refund of your tickets from September 21 to October 4, 2020: In compliance with the provisions of article 36 of RDL 11/2020 by which urgent complementary measures are adopted in the social and economic field to deal with COVID-19, you must make your request within the established period, by writing an email to info @ ayudaeventos.com. It is very important to indicate the name of the event and the city in the matter; and in the body of the email write the buyer's details and the purchase locator. If this data is not written, it is possible that the incident cannot be resolved in time due to lack of data.
