Description
The most successful anatomy exhibition in the world arrives in Madrid addressing a topic of great relevance. Body Worlds: The Rhythm of Life presents the latest health and wellness discoveries and anatomy in a visually compelling, highly entertaining and educational exhibit. Throughout 1,400 m2, the exhibition will be able to contemplate nearly 200 plastinated specimens of Dr. Gunther von Hagens, from an obese body, the blackened lung of a smoker or hardened arteries that show the impact of ill health. In contrast, dancers, sports figures, and a pregnant woman illustrate how bodies function when lifestyles are healthy. BODY WORLDS delves into the study of six major body systems: the nervous, cardiovascular, locomotor, respiratory, digestive, and reproductive systems. A trip not to be missed!
