REDUCED MOBILITY:
People with reduced mobility will be seated in a designated area of ​​the venue and must purchase tickets reserved for reduced mobility. A maximum of one companion is allowed, who must purchase a ticket called “Companion for Reduced Mobility” and will be seated next to the person they are accompanying. The area where people with reduced mobility are located may change due to evacuation procedures.

Those who cannot provide documentary proof of their status will not be allowed entry with this type of ticket, even if they have already purchased it.*

The organizers reserve the right to modify the seating capacity and location for each event, as well as to deny entry or remove from the venue any customers who do not respect the rules and instructions of the organizers, based on current health, safety, and hygiene regulations. All updates and changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email.
Attendees are advised that photos and videos will be taken during the event, and the audience may occasionally appear in a general shot or incidentally. These images and/or videos may be published on our social media and other relevant media outlets to promote the event.

MINORS POLICY:

Children under 16 years of age may attend the concert provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or failing that, a responsible adult.
Minors aged 16 and 17 may attend the event without being accompanied by an adult. Documentation to verify the age of attendees may be required upon entry to the venue.
