Description
El Castillo de las Guardas and La Roda de Andalucía will host the North-South Music Festival 2026 in May. The festival is organized by the Castillo de las Guardas Town Hall, La Roda de Andalucía Town Council, and the Seville Provincial Council.
The Seville Provincial Council, through its Department of Culture and Citizenship, has announced the details of the North-South Rock Festival, which will take place over two days in May in the towns of El Castillo de las Guardas and La Roda de Andalucía.
The event will be held at two different venues to facilitate access to cultural programming in various parts of the province, with the collaboration of the respective town councils.
The dates and locations are as follows:
Saturday, May 9: El Castillo de las Guardas Bullring
Saturday, May 16: La Roda de Andalucía Municipal Tent
Both days will begin at 12:30 pm with a program aimed at families. This includes four themed workshops for children: face painting, badge making, creative hairstyling, and temporary tattoos.
The children's program will be rounded out with educational rock concerts by Quimirock on May 9th and Rock Star for Kids on May 16th.
Following these initial activities, there will be a free tasting of typical dishes from each region, accompanied by DJ sets. This will serve as a prelude to the afternoon concerts, which will begin around 5:00 PM.
