Fredes Insa School of Dance and Musical Comedy presents Thank You, Mom

Thank You, Mom is a musical that portrays motherhood from a real, human, and universal perspective. Through the Great Council of Mothers of the World, women from different cultures and eras share their experiences as mothers: the daily routine, childbirth, the fear of failure, social pressure, work-life balance, exhaustion, the loss of personal time, family legacy, and the celebration of life.

The play reflects both the difficulties and the beauty of being a mother, without idealizing or judging. It presents the conflict between those who defend motherhood as a source of love and meaning, and those who question a model that demands sacrifices without sufficient support.

With music, dance, and emotion, the musical invites reflection on the value of care, the importance of recognition, and the need to support those who provide support.

Thank You, Mom is a tribute to all mothers and to the greatest act of generosity: giving life and lovingly accompanying it every day.
