Legendary EyeHateGod made a big comeback in 2014 with a new album named after the band after 15 years of their previous full-length, "Confederacy of Ruined Lives." And how did they do it? Well, in the authentic style of the band from New Orleans, with a dense, thick, thick and sabbathero sound that we are accustomed to, showing us that they have not lost anything in shape after so many years without composing new riffs. band previewed a single "Agitation! Propaganda!" which reached the top of the charts focusing on sludge, doom and stoner. Since then they have not stopped touring and performing at the most prestigious festivals in the world, although it is true that it was not until 2018 when they returned to Spain, offering an epic performance at the Resurrection Fest. At the end of 2019 they had a tour scheduled in Europe, but due to incompatibilities with their tour in the USA it had to be canceled and we have finally been able to relocate those dates and add a date in Euskadi and another in Porto.

On the advancement of the new album that the quartet has almost finished, Mike IX Williams himself commented in a recent interview “I have voices for the new album, and it was supposed to be the moment to do it. But now the studios are closed, and it's been really hard to figure all that out. But hopefully it will be done sooner rather than later ”. There is no estimated date for the release of the band's new production and the problems worldwide just don't help, but hopefully we will hear about the new Eyehategod very soon.
