Family space “Petites, mitjanes and grans”
June 16 - September 6, 2026
Family
This summer, the CCCB offers a free, quiet and cool space for children from 0 to 10 years old and their six families. A safe and comfortable place to stimulate imagination and creativity in the company, and to rest, play, draw or look at books. Through recreational activities and workshops, we invite you to imagine what cities could be like in life.
Would you like to live on the ground, on the surface or in the air? Do you know how the cities are? Can you imagine what they will be like in the future? We invite you to build new possible cities. In fact, you can draw on a large stone the city you imagine, build roads and stories with whip fish and tunnels, connect people with colored lines in a collective mural and spy on what seems to be darrere a glass wall. You can also find inspiration in the illustrated books in the library.
Weekly workshops
Memory map kiosk
Map creation workshop
From June 16 to 21, from July 14 to 19 and from August 11 to 16
Sometimes, life in the city is an embolism: the streets can create a labyrinth! For this purpose you will serve the maps, which are drawings that are intended to explain a space, a journey... In this workshop, you will draw the favorite land of the city. Next, you will fold the drawing like a map (there are many ways to fold maps!) and save it so that others can discover it!
Exquisite panties
Vorera panot design workshop
From June 23 to 28, from July 21 to 26 and from August 18 to 23
A panot is a piece of stone or cement that is attached to the ground to protect the streets from the streets. Serveixen because the terrain remained flat, resistant and safe to walk. If you look at sota dels teus peus, segur que en veuràs molts! In Barcelona, many panots have drawings; The most it connects is a flower with four petals, but the others have lines that connect with the panots of the coast. In this workshop you will be able to design a patio and, then, lay out a part of the land of the space.
The ballet of les voreres
Drawing workshop on the uses of the city
From June 30 to July 5, from July 28 to August 2 and from August 25 to 30
Over the course of a day, many things and many different people pass by in one place. Can you imagine if you see them totes de cop? Who enrenou! In this activity we will draw what happens on a street at two times of the day: morning and evening. As we will be trying to serve a piece of paper, the drawings are confusing and it will be difficult to understand what is happening. But when you look through the special filters, you can separate the morning and the evening again.
A park in Laire
Model building workshop
From July 7 to 12, from August 4 to 9 and from September 1 to 6
Imagine what your ideal park would be like: would it have slides and gronxadors? Or have a structure to climb? With different materials you can build a model, which is a representation of the park in reduced size. A workshop to devise, build and share as joc's countries could be.
